Cheapest ways to paint a {0} Neopet

Fountain Faerie Quests are rare and random — the hard part is getting one at all (except during <FestivalLink>Faerie Festival</FestivalLink>, when they are much more common). Once you have access, the <FountainLink>Rainbow Fountain</FountainLink> can paint almost any colour. The <LabLink>Lab Ray</LabLink> is also random: each zap may change colour, species, or stats, and landing your exact combo can take a long time. <PremiumLink>Premium</PremiumLink>'s yearly species change is another option when you already have the colour you want.

Restocking in Neopets is the process of buying items from shops as they become available. This can be done by refreshing the shop page frequently (every 5-10 seconds or so...) and quickly clicking on the item you want to buy.

Restocking is a competitive activity, and it requires a lot of practice and patience to get good at it. The key is to be quick and efficient, and to know which items are worth buying. You can use the itemdb as a price checker and find the best items to buy in each neopian shop.

Neopets shops restock at random intervals, despite the shop message saying that they happen each 8 minutes... Its not possible to predict how often a Neopets Shop restocks, however, when all shops "clear" at the same time it can be a sign that a restock is near...

Restock ban is a term used to describe when a user is unable too see items on every Neopets Shop. This happens randomly when you refresh the shop page too many times in a short period of time.

Bans are temporary and usually means you're done for the day as they can last more than 24 hours.

This is a subjective question, as it depends on your personal preferences and playstyle. You can use itemdb Restocking Guide to find the best shops to restock in Neopets - the most advanced ones are harder to master but they can provide some of the best items to resell.
