Patch Notes – 13/07/2024

We are packed with new features in today’s patch notes.

• Pet Color Tool – We have a new tool to show you how you can change the color or species (or both) of your neopet for fewer Neopoints!
  
• Wearable Filters – You can now filter your searches by the zone each applicable item occupies. Want to find all the backgrounds that don’t have “Background” in their name? We’ve got you covered! The zone information is also available on the card with the item’s preview.

• Latest Discoveries – We’ve added a link on the home page that leads to a special search ordered by the latest items we discovered (aka were added to the itemdb).

• First Seen – We also added a new “First Seen” field in the item information for items that were released after the itemdb was created.

• NC Mall – We added a new NC Mall Info card with information on items that are/were available in the NC Mall.
  
• More NC Mall – We also added a new tab on the Home page showing the latest items that were added to the NC Mall.
  
• Home Page – We have improved the homepage, and it will no longer remain in a “loading” state. Everything is super fast now!
  
• Item Drops – We made changes to item drops, and the “Unknown” category will no longer appear in mystery capsules where you choose the drop wearable zone.
  
• Search Bar – We know that typos can happen, so our instant search bar now tries to understand what you meant when you type your search.
  
• Item Effects – We added the “Color/Species Change” category for items that can alter your neopet’s color or species.
  
• Official Lists – We changed the layout of the Official Lists card on item pages to better align with the style of the Item Effects card.
  
• Lists – We added a new button, and now you can add items without leaving your list page! Very useful when you have toooons of lists.
