Patch Notes – April 2025

New Features

• We created a Widget – now you can display itemdb data directly on your own site/page! Check out our documentation to learn more.

• We added Price Context to certain items. Our goal is to make it clear why the price of an item suddenly dropped or spiked.

• Added Closet support to the SDB Pricer Script.

• Added cards showing Similar Shops and Similar Lists on Restock Shop and Official List pages.

• Added a tab to display only the priced trades for each item (just like we already do for sold auctions).
• Added a small text snippet on the homepage showing the total number of prices updated in the last 48 hours.

Quality of Life Improvements

• We made general improvements to various queries across the site. Everything is faster than ever!

• We made MANY updates to improve the site’s SEO:

  • Added breadcrumbs (navigation links) to almost every page

  • Added some guide text to the Restock Guide page

  • Created category pages for some Official Lists

• Updated the Worst Baits field in the Restock Dashboard to take into account the price you paid for items (the rest of the dashboard already did this)
• Added a section in the user menu with information about the itemdb scripts installed in your browser.
• Made changes to the Sale Status to make it more accurate. Don’t forget to leave your feedback!
• Collaborated with the Owls team to ensure that NC Trade History data is always up-to-date and matches exactly what you’d get from Owl Bot.
• We did a MAJOR upgrade on our database server to ensure itemdb is always up and running for everyone

Bug Fixes

• We made changes to the Restock Tracker Script to fix bugs and improve performance.

• We fixed a bug that prevented item links from opening in a new tab when clicking while holding Ctrl/Cmd.
• Fixed a bug that prevented you from importing stamps from recent album pages.
• Fixed a bug that prevented lists with hidden items from loading for users other than the owner.
• Fixed an error that caused English text not to display correctly on the NC Trade Report page.
• Fixed an issue that occurred when searching for items with hyphens in the search bar
