Patch Notes – 01/11/2023

It’s been a while. We have tons of new stuff since the launch of Dynamic Lists:

• Restock Info: We now have a dedicated card for restock info – the restock price range, the last time we spotted this item, and the estimated profit.
• You can also filter your searches by estimated restock profit! Pretty awesome, right?
• We’ve improved performance with large lists – your device won’t freeze when loading massive lists (like your entire sdb imported with the List Importer Script).
• We’ve fixed (implemented?) the feedback voting. You can now help the itemdb ensure that other users’ information is correct.
• We updated the homepage to display the Trending Items, the latest owls updates, and the hottest restocks from the past 7 days.
• We fixed various bugs related to your session. You won’t receive an error when opening your private list for the first time in the day anymore.

We also made a bunch of changes for the Faerie Festival and the Trick-or-Treat Bags:

• We created a hub to assist during the Faerie Festival. Additionally, all item pages and the SDB Pricer Script have been updated to display the point value of all items.
• With the huuuuuge influx of new trades to price, we had to introduce an “auto-pricing” system. Based on the information we already had on various trades, the itemdb can now automatically price some trades.
• We also implemented an “event mode” that makes the itemdb update item prices more frequently (because prices were changing FAST).
• We rewrote the entire logic behind “openable items.” We now have the flexibility to separate items by prize pool and provide more statistics and chances to get bonus/Limited Edition items.

We want to delve deeper into the idea of creating hubs on the itemdb, so we’re working on creating a restock hub to centralize various tools and useful lists to assist you during your restocks.
