Userscripts are custom scripts written by players that enhance or modify the Neopets functionality and appearance. They can fix or make certain aspects of the site easier, improving your quality of life and saving a lot of time.
Anyone can create an userscript, so not all of them are safe, and malicious individuals can steal your data. Additionally, scripts that give you an unfair advantage over other players or perform actions on your behalf are considered against Neopets’ rules.
But don’t worry, here at itemdb, you won’t find any of those. Our scripts are completely safe, do not perform any actions for you, and do not provide any competitive advantage in any area of the site. 🙂
Besides, a userscript is not fundamentally different from using a browser extension like an adblocker, for example.
First you need to install a browser extension called Tampermonkey (you can also install it on Android using Firefox app)
Since June 2024 – if you are using a Chrome-based browser like Google Chrome, Opera, Arc, Vivaldi, Edge – you might need additional steps to make it work. Learn more here!
After we are all set, you can just click and install one of our scripts.
Since our API update, it is necessary to visit our website from time to time to renew your session – otherwise, scripts that use our API will stop working.
Logged-in users need to visit once every 14 days. Non-logged-in users must visit every 24 hours.

These scripts are made by the community using/adding itemdb functionalities to make the best experience! They are not official itemdb scripts, so we cannot help if they present any issues.
Be careful with third-party scripts available on the internet. Not all of them follow Neopets’ rules or our Terms of Use, and you may be banned from itemdb or have your Neopets account permanently frozen.
